The concert festival XRoads 41 of Oshkosh has released attendance numbers for their first weekend festival held earlier this month.  The organization says about 28,500 people came through the gates during the three day event which was headlined by bands Old Dominion, Brooks and Dunn and Journey. It was the first event of its kind staged at the expansive grounds since Hypervibe LLC filed for bankruptcy and canceled Country USA and Rock USA five years ago. And XRoads41 delivered on its promise to return major country acts to Oshkosh, as Brooks & Dunn and Old Dominion headlined the inaugural festival.
