Festival Info:

  • Week of Festival Box Office Hours are: 

    • Main Box Office: 9 am – 10:30 pm, Wednesday – Saturday 

    • North Box Office: 11 am – 9 pm, Thursday - Saturday

  • Parking Hours: 11 am - 2 am daily. No overnight parking, vehicles towed at owner’s expense

  • Gates Open: 1 pm daily

  • Music Begins: 1:30 pm daily (subject to change)

  • Camping Hours:

    • VIP Camping Check-in: 

      • 9 am – 9 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

    • GA and Woodlands Camping Check-in: 

      • 12 pm – 9 pm, Wednesday 

      • 9 am – 9 pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

    • Arrivals after 9 pm will be required to stage off site until 9 am the following morning due to low-visibility, higher potential for property damage to occur and security screening hours

    • Noise curfew is 2 am – 8 am

  • VIP Campsites are sold as reserved spots

  • GA and VIP Woodlands Campsites are sold as first come, first serve

 

 

Check out is Sunday at 12 pm. No exceptions.

 

 

Festival Event Policies

By purchasing (a) a ticket to XRoads41, (b) entering the property and (c) being present, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with Oshkosh Festivals, LLC.  You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance of the consent you granted to Oshkosh Festivals, LLC by willingly entering the event property. If you do not consent to the foregoing, please do not enter any Oshkosh Festivals event.

 

Bag Policy

Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x9” are permitted into the venue. Clutch bags or belt bags smaller than 6"x9" do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

 

Chair Policy

Chairs must be portable (camping or beach style) and are subject to search upon entry. Chairs will not be permitted in the standing room only section of the GA or VIP area. The festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced chairs. The festival reserves the right to deem any chair unsafe or inappropriate and subject to confiscation.

  • All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

  • Tickets not paid in full will be cancelled with no refund given.

  • Etix is the official ticket agency of XRoads41.

  • DO NOT purchase passes from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. We do not service, authenticate or support passes purchased from unauthorized third parties and do not assist in any such transactions.

  • If you purchase tickets and are unable to attend the event, contact ticketing@oshkoshfestivals.com to have your tickets correctly transferred to the person you wish to transfer them to.

  • If you break or over tighten your wristband, you may bring your wristband to the Box Office and pay a $25 replacement fee. Wristbands that are cut off or over tightened may only be replaced 1 time. If you cannot provide the wristband, it will not be replaced. 

  • Children ages five and under are free in GA Lawn, GA Standing Room Only section, GA Pit, VIP Standing Room, VIP Pit and Camp Admission ONLY when accompanied by an adult and do not require a ticket. VIP Reserved seating, VIP Garden Deck and Skydeck requires a seat purchased for each attendee. Children 5 and under are not required to wear a wristband regardless of purchasing a reserved seat.

  • Security and search dogs will be present at all entry and check-in points; All persons, vehicles, and RVs are subject to search with every re-entry.

  • No underage drinking allowed.

  • Camping is not allowed in any parking lot.

  • Tailgating is not allowed in any parking lot.

  • No open flames of any kind.

  • Be safe and be respectful to attendees and staff.

  • Please respect the property.

  • Clean up after yourself and your group; place all waste and recycling in designated containers.

  • Violent behavior of any sort will not be tolerated; the attendee is subject to immediate ejection at the discretion of management.

  • Park in designated parking areas only. Violators towed at owner’s expense.

  • Prohibited Items

 

Security and Safety Measures

Health & safety personnel in close coordination with state and local law enforcement and first response agencies ensure that the festival’s high safety standards are upheld. CCTV along with static and mobile personnel monitor the entire festival grounds and adjacent properties 24-hours per day. 

 

Safety screenings are conducted at all entry points, which may include but not be limited to vehicle searches, bag checks, metal detectors, pat-downs, and canine sweeps. Promptly notify any staff member if you witness suspicious activity or the occurrence of a life-threatening situation. 

 

Please review the list of prohibited items to expedite the entry process. Any prohibited item brought to the festival must either be immediately taken off-site, returned to a locked vehicle or surrendered prior to entry, at the discretion of safety personnel. Surrendered or confiscated items will not be returned. 

 

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency situation or weather delay, instructions and updates will be disseminated by safety personnel, video screens, public address announcements, and the festival’s social media platforms and event app. If you require medical attention, any staff member can assist with getting you to a designated medical tent or will contact a mobile medical team to report to your location. Promptly notify any staff member if you witness suspicious activity or the occurrence of a life-threatening situation. 

Campground policies:

  • 3-Day Festival Admission wristband and Campground Admission wristband are required to enter campground.

  • 3-Day Festival Admission wristband only, cannot enter campground.

  • Single day ticket holders cannot purchase camping tickets.

  • No single night camping allowed.

  • All vehicles entering campground must have proper pass displayed.

  • Kindly show your wristband when entering the campground.

  • Campground Admission wristband and campsite passes do NOT include Festival Admission

  • All campsites include four (4) nights of camping beginning Wednesday. 

    • Camping Hours:

      • VIP Camping Check-in: 

        • 9 am – 9 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

      • GA and Woodlands Camping Check-in: 

        • 12 pm – 9 pm, Wednesday 

        • 9 am – 9 pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

      • Arrivals after 9 pm will be required to stage off site until 9 am the following morning due to low-visibility, higher potential for property damage to occur and security screening hours

      • Noise curfew is 2 am – 8 am

  • Campsites are allowed one (1) steering wheel and one (1) sleeping unit and a maximum of 6 people. A sleeping unit includes a drivable RV, camper, tent or vehicle. We will allow two (2) tents in a campsite. If your sleeping unit is a drivable RV and space allows, a tow behind vehicle can be placed at your campsite as your one (1) steering wheel. Any extra vehicles must purchase an “Extra Vehicle” pass and must be parked in the designated Extra Vehicle parking lot. No camping is permitted in this parking lot. Violators towed at owner’s expense. 

  • An RV and tent are not allowed on the same campsite. 

  • Security, police, and first aid personnel are always present; safety checks will regularly occur to ensure safe conditions.

  • No underage drinking allowed.

  • All persons and vehicles subject to search.

  • Please notify security or staff of any concern or threat.

  • Be safe and be respectful to attendees and staff.

  • Please respect the property.

  • Absolutely no blocking, parking or creating obstacles in roadways; emergency vehicles, water trucks and pump trucks must be able to always get through.

  • Your RV, travel trailer, or tent, and vehicle along with table, chairs, shade tents, fire pit, grills and lawn games must fit within the designated perimeter of your campsite footprint. 

  • Clean up after yourself and your group. Messy campsites will not be tolerated; occupants are subject to immediate ejection at the discretion of management. Place all waste and recycling in designated containers.

  • VIP Woodlands and GA campsites are filled first come, first serve. “Holding” spots is not allowed. If you wish to camp together, arrive together and let camping staff know which vehicles are desired on side-by-side sites.

  • Personal RV generators are allowed on non-electrical sites from 8 am – 2 am. Direct generator exhaust away from any person, tent, RV or vehicle.

  • Generators used for medical equipment must be reported and tagged upon arrival; submission of a doctor’s note is required for a generator to run during noise curfew.

  • Family friendly lawn games are permitted as long as they fit within the perimeter of your designated campsite.

  • Violent behavior of any sort will not be tolerated; the attendee is subject to immediate ejection at the discretion of management.

  • “Extra Vehicle” parking in designated parking areas only. Violators towed at owner’s expense
