ADA

No special ticket is needed to access our elevated ADA platforms, which are available in both the VIP and General Admission areas. All guests with mobility limitations and one companion will have access to the platform in their ticketed area at no additional cost.

Please be aware that some areas may have a mixture of uneven, grassy, gravel or rocky terrain.

 

XRoads41 offers a variety of accessible features:

ADA Accessible Parking 

Located in the GA Parking Lot for patrons that have an ADA Placard, ADA Permit, License Plate, or a Valid Doctor's Note. The first row in VIP Parking will be reserved for ADA Patrons.

Onsite Transportation

Transportation is given from parking to the ADA Platform, and back to vehicles when departing the grounds. 

 

Elevated Viewing Platform

Located in GA- this platform is monitored by ADA staff.

 

ADA Restrooms

Located at every porto bank, along with a reserved restroom located at the ADA platform.

 

Dedicated Accessibility Team

Onsite Registration is required for use of services- please register at the ADA Parking Host Tent. Services are reserved for the patron and one companion.

 

ADA Platform Rules

• Only one companion allowed per ADA guest, with necessary wristbands.

• Front row reserved for patrons using mobility devices.

• Chairs will be provided, No personal chairs allowed.

• First come, first served.

• ADA Porto is reserved for guests with mobility impairments- companions will be asked to use the nearby restrooms.

• Companions may be asked to stand at the back.

• No smoking.

• No standing unless in the back.

• No saving seats; belongings must be taken if you leave.

• XRoads41 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Service Animal Policy

XRoads41 supports the rights and attendance of all individuals with disabilities who rely on trained service animals. However, we do not support, and will not tolerate, the misrepresentation of pets as service animals. Please leave pets at home.

 

All patrons with disabilities attending XRoads41 Festival with a service animal must have their animal credentialed by the accessibility team before entering the main gate or campgrounds. Our accessibility staff will ensure this process is conducted quickly and respectfully.
