No special ticket is needed to access our elevated ADA platforms, which are available in both the VIP and General Admission areas. All guests with mobility limitations and one companion will have access to the platform in their ticketed area at no additional cost.
If you will require ADA assistance at our event or have any questions about ADA services, please complete this form: 2026 XRoads41 Festival Accommodation Form. Our team will review your submission and get in touch with further information.
Accessible parking will be located in the GA parking area for attendees with ADA placard, permit, or license plate.

Gates open at 1:00 PM each day and close at 2:00 AM

NO outside food or beverage permitted in the concert bowl. You are permitted to bring food and beverage to your campsite.

XRoads41 is a cashless event but we do have Cashless Help tents on site to assist with applying cash to your wristband if you do not wish to attach a credit card.

The only connection between XRoads41 and CUSAÂ is that XRoads41 takes place at the location where CUSA was previously held. Many improvements have been made to the festival grounds in recent years. XRoads41 is produced by Oshkosh Festivals, LLC, which is not affiliated with the CUSA ownership group.

Lawn chairs are allowed and encouraged in the designated GA Lawn areas only.
Chairs must be portable (camping or beach style) and are subject to search upon entry. Chairs will not be permitted in the standing room only section of the GA or VIP area. The festival will not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or misplaced chairs. The festival reserves the right to deem any chair unsafe or inappropriate and subject to confiscation.

Parking can be purchased at the gate.
Park in designated parking areas only.
All vehicles must be driven safely and respectfully. Any dangerous or harmful driving (as determined by the discretion of management) will be cause for immediate removal from the entire festival grounds and absolutely NO refunds will be given.
Tailgating is not permitted at any parking lot.
Overnight parking prohibited
Violators towed at owner’s expense.
