The third and final headliner for XRoads41 music festival in Oshkosh has been announced. Country music's Zac Brown Band will headline Thursday, Aug. 6, joining other headliners Lainey Wilson on Friday, Aug. 7 and Jason Aldean on Saturday, Aug. 8.
