Planning your XRoads41 festival weekend? We’ve got you covered. This is your go-to-guide for all those frequently asked questions - what to bring and NOT to bring, questions about wristbands and tickets, and important festival policy information! Let’s get you festival ready!

  1. How do I get an ADA ticket? Are there ADA Services available?

No special ticket is needed to access our elevated ADA platforms, which are available in both the VIP and General Admission areas. All guests with mobility limitations and one companion will have access to the platform in their ticketed area at no additional cost.


If you will require ADA assistance at our event or have any questions about ADA services, please complete this form: 2026 XRoads41 Festival Accommodation Form. Our team will review your submission and get in touch with further information.


Accessible parking will be located in the GA parking area for attendees with ADA placard, permit, or license plate.

  1. When do gates open and close each day for the music festival?

Gates open at 1:00 PM each day and close at 2:00 AM


  1. Can I bring my own food and beverage?

NO outside food or beverage permitted in the concert bowl. You are permitted to bring food and beverages to your campsite.


  1. Are there prohibited items?


  1. Who are your hotel partners


  1. Cash or Card?

XRoads41 is a cashless event, but we do have Cashless Help tents on site to assist with applying cash to your wristband if you do not wish to attach a credit card.





  1. What is the difference between XRoads41 vs CUSA?

The only connection between XRoads41 and CUSA  is that XRoads41 takes place at the location where CUSA was previously held. Many improvements have been made to the festival grounds in recent years. XRoads41 is produced by Oshkosh Festivals, LLC, which is not affiliated with the CUSA ownership group.


  1. What are your festival and bag policies?


  1. Can I bring a chair?

Lawn chairs are allowed and encouraged in the designated GA Lawn areas only.


Chairs must be portable (camping or beach style) and are subject to search upon entry.  Chairs will not be permitted in the standing room only section of the GA or VIP area.  The festival will not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or misplaced chairs.  The festival reserves the right to deem any chair unsafe or  inappropriate and subject to confiscation.

  1. Can I come and go from the concert bowl if I’m not camping?

Yes, but there is a strict no tailgating policy in our parking lots.


  1. Is there a shuttle available?

  1. What are your parking policies?

Hours: 11:00 AM - 2:00 am  


Policies:

  • Save time and money by buying parking in advance. See Add Ons options on Tickets page

  • Parking can be purchased at the gate.

  • Park in designated parking areas only.

  • All vehicles must be driven safely and respectfully.  Any dangerous or harmful driving (as determined by the discretion of management) will be cause for immediate removal from the entire festival grounds and absolutely NO refunds will be given.

  • Tailgating is not permitted at any parking lot.

  • Overnight parking prohibited

  • Violators towed at owner’s expense.


  1. Who do I contact to request a press pass or photo pass?

  1. How can I get information about being a vendor or exhibitor at XRoads41?

If you are interested in being a vendor, please email the following information to kylef@oshkoshfestivals.com:

  • Business name, phone number, email and address

  • List of items, products or services you intend to sell or offer

  • Picture of your set-up

  • 3 references of past events

  • Link to social media and/or website


  1. How can I apply to work or volunteer at XRoads41?

If you would like to work at XRoads41, please complete this form: XRoads41 Employment Sign-Up Form. Most staffing positions will be filled in early summer.


If you have a group interested in volunteering at XRoads41 as a fundraiser, please complete this form: XRoads41 Volunteer Group Interest Form



TICKETS


  1. When will I receive my wristbands?

If you purchased tickets online, you should have received a confirmation email from Etix. Ticket orders PAID IN FULL by end of day on June 15, will have wristbands mailed to your home address. Wristbands should arrive no later than July 20, 2026. If you have an address change, please contact us at ticketing@oshkoshfestivals.com as soon as possible. Address changes after June 15 will not be accepted and wristbands will go through the USPS forwarding system.


Tickets not paid in full by or purchased after June 16th can be exchanged at WILL CALL and requires customer Photo ID and the credit card associated with your order. 


Customers with printed or digital tickets can be exchanged at WILL CALL with your Photo ID.


Wristbands can begin to be picked up on Friday July 31. Information about wristband pick up hours and locations will be published closer to the event.


  1. Where is the Box Office located? Where is Will Call located?

The Main Box Office is located near the Main Entrance of the music festival. You will walk right past the Main Box Office when entering the festival from GA Parking. Will Call is located at the Main Box Office.  There are secondary box offices located at the North Entrance and the Camping Entrance.


  1. What happens if I cannot find my confirmation email?

If you did not receive or cannot find your confirmation email or digital tickets, please contact the Etix support line at 1-800-514-3849. 


  1. Does my child need a ticket?

Children ages five and under are free in GA Lawn, GA Standing Room Only section, GA Pit, VIP Standing Room, VIP Pit and Camp Admission ONLY when accompanied by an adult and do not require a ticket. VIP Reserved seating, VIP Garden Deck and Skydeck requires a seat purchased for each attendee. Children 5 and under are not required to wear a wristband regardless of purchasing a reserved seat.


  1. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email your request to ticketing@oshkoshfestivals.com


  1. Do you offer discounts to military or first responders?

XRoads41 is proud to partner with GOVX to offer a special discount to those who serve! GOVX members - including Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Medical Workers, and Educators - can receive $20 off our 3-day or 1-day music festival tickets.  Verify your eligibility and receive your promo code by creating a free account on the GOVX website.   1. What if I break my wristband?

Wristbands that are broken or over-tightened can be replaced ONE TIME ONLY, for a $25 replacement fee at the box office. You must present your original wristband to be issued a replacement.  Please do not tighten or put on your wristband before the festival. The clasp will lock into position and you’ll be unable to take it off or loosen it without damaging it.


  1. What if I'm trying to buy tickets on Etix, but I'm getting an error message when I enter my credit card?

We are using 3D secure on Etix to protect our customers against potential credit card fraud. If you encounter issues while trying to purchase tickets, please reach out to Etix by phone at 1-800-514-3849 to complete your order or email ticketing@oshkoshfestivals.com.
