OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) — This weekend is shaping up to be a wild one in Oshkosh, with both the Downtown Oshkosh Chalk Walk and XRoads41 Country Music Festival ramping up.

XRoads41 runs from Thursday, August 6, to Saturday, August 8, and features popular artists such as the Zac Brown Band, Wiz Khalifa, Lainey Wilson, Jason Aldean, Treaty Oak Revival, and Jackson Dean.

The three-day festival is located at 4125 S Washburn St. For more information and tickets, visit their website here.

Meanwhile, the 13th annual Downtown Chalk Walk, originally slated to take place on August 1 but delayed due to weather, will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Opera House Square on N. Main Street.

Throughout the walk, artists will transform the nearby sidewalks into works of art. All ages and skill levels are invited to walk the sidewalks.

There will be food, music, and other activities. For more information, visit their website here.

WFRV’s Stacy Engebretson sat down with Anna Murphy-Pociask, the Discover Oshkosh Marketing Coordinator, to talk about all the different events the city is holding.
