GETTING HERE

Concert bowl gates open at 1:00 pm each day.

All campers must enter the campground from the west via Clay Rd to Ripple Ave.

Customers with a VIP Parking pass must enter off Ripple Ave., and can access Ripple from the east or west.

GA Parking and those who still need to purchase parking should enter the Main Entrance from Washburn St.
​

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, cab) or getting dropped off by a friend must enter from Ripple Ave.​​

Credit cards or cash accepted for parking payment. Purchasing parking in advance is highly recommended.

Tickets/Wristbands

Only tickets purchased on the official XRoads41 ticket store, Etix, will be honored.
-
Every person entering the festival grounds must exchange a digital or printed ticket for an admission wristband.

Wristbands and parking purchased before July 10 were shipped to customers by U.S. Postal Service.

Wristbands purchased after July 10 are sent as digital tickets to the customer email entered at time of order.
-
Group Tickets and comp tickets are received as digital or printed tickets that must be exchanged for an admission wristband.

Campsite passes, camp admissions, and camping add-ons were not mailed out and will be distributed at the camping check-in when you arrive. Please have your order number available.

Check the spam folder if you did not receive an order confirmation from Etix.

Any ticket can be redeemed at any of the three festival box offices. Box offices are located at the Main Entrance, North Entrance, and Camping Entrance.
Box Office Hours:
Aug. 4-5: 3pm-9pm

Aug. 7-9: 9am-9pm

Will Call is located at the Main Box Office, which is located east of the Main Entrance to the concert bowl.

Wristbands are non-transferable. 3-day wristbands must be used by the same person each day.

Please do not tighten or put on your wristband before the festival. The clasp will lock into position and you’ll be unable to take if off or loosen it without damaging it.

Wristbands that are broken or over-tightened can be replaced ONE TIME ONLY, for a $25 replacement fee at the box office. You must present your original wristband to be issued a replacement.

This is a Cashless Event – Festival merch and food & beverage vendors do not accept cash.

Important Policies

Bag Policy: Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x9” are permitted in the concert bowl. Clutch bags smaller than 6”x9” do not need to be clear.

Water bottle policy – Each person may bring one plastic, empty water bottle into concert bowl. Free water filling stations are located in the concert bowl and Camping Hub.

A dedicated mobile technician will be onsite and available for mechanical diagnosis & repairs including, but not limited to: A/C, Electrical / Battery, Appliance, Awning, Leveling, and slide out defects.
